Hotel romance

Vision (5): There is much that can be read into this. With only the props of a hotel room (and a model) this is remarkable. (My humble examples: A. Voyeur. There's the voyeur's chair. It was night (the lights were on). A long time later she was asleep. The voyeur left. Now it's day. B. Death. The image in the mirror is the spirit in another life. But the spirit is still here (in the mirror and lighting the lights). C. It was a really good time. Someone put her in the bed. D. Bliss. Cradled in soft comfort in cool-repose-from-the-heat/warm-repose-from-the-cold outside she fell asleep, her mind (in the mirror) taking flight. E. Religious. Implied by the crucifixion pose of the arms. F. Occult. Implied by the (inverted Dutch angle and) similarity to the Rider-Waite 'Hanged Man' tarot card. G. Further musings on the inner warmth (from the light) and outer cold (from the window).) Originality (4): On the one hand it's a model on a bed. On the other hand see the comments for 'Vision'. Technique (4.5): I see nothing jarring. There is, though (with little you can do about it), the effects of the (fill) light just below the bottom of the image. Impact (5): The thumbnail of this stood out to me because of the cushioning/enveloping effect of the comforter. Overall this is a visually interesting, aesthetic, and deep image with an amazing amount in it that captivates the viewer. Thank you for posting it.
