First of all, the model looks great but the pose doesn't seem to be very comfortable. I do like the way the shadows fall in this image and the way the background flows into the floor adds to this effect.
But as I said, it doesn't look very comfortable and this is betrayed in the way the model holds her feet. She curves her toes slightly downwards instead of relaxing them, thus veins in her feet become a bit more visible. Her right foot looks slightly malformed because of this since we don't see all her toenails on it, which is also caused by the light source from the left. Her left foot also looks slightly odd because one toe curves down further than the others.
Then another minor issue. The ring finger on her left hand bends down too much because she seems to be playing with it with her right hand. Or maybe she's holding it for extra balance. It is almost as if the finger is missing because it's partially hidden in a shadowy area.
Then the way she holds her right hand. It covers her left breast completely. If a small part of it was still visible in the picture, it would have been better. Now it seems the breast is missing. Het upper torso looks unbalanced because of it.
And while the shadows add a nice, extra dimension to it, the chair that she's resting upon creates a dark shadow on her hip, making an almost straight line. If the light that causes the background shadow was a bit higher, that shadow would have been gone and maybe a shadow of the model would have appeared in the back too. As it is now, it takes away some of her round hips away by this flattened line.
I also wonder how often she fell while trying to pose like this but since I don't see any bruises, I assume she never fell... <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt=";-)" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="388" title=";-) (Wink)"/>
