An absolutely beautiful piece of art. First of all, the model is extremely pretty (please tell her that I really liked her!) and really has the kind of a face, and a body full of curves, which is able to grasp the attention of the onlooker almost instantly. It is her that really makes the photo stand out from the rest of the similarly shot photos on DA.

The photographer herself (sorry for assuming your gender here!) has done a quite decent job. The play of light on her face, forearms and shoulders are delightful. Also, the background blends well with her. By the way, have you done some post-production, or is it straight out of the camera just with a minor tweaks here and there?
