Thailand with love

This is a superbly amazing image! Beauty in so many, completely different forms captured perfectly!

Even without the model this would be an outstanding photograph. The location was a wonderful find in itself, a unique form of worldly beauty, and the angular framing makes it even more surreal. The contrasting forms of creation sit wonderfully together, yet are still very distinct. I love pieces like this in which so many forms come together to bring each other out. It seems like a simple enough shot, but there is so much here.

The use of Black & White for this image seems to be a visual equalizer, keeping things on the same plane while still toning down what might be overwhelming to the eyes. The sunlight still works very well in monochrome and adds some flare to her pose. The chosen angle is also eye-catching on its own, drawing you in with its exquisite amount of detail and surrealism. It also has to be said that the model is amazing and her gait and body image work perfectly with her surroundings. A sublime creature!
