experiments with a model

I dont know if was the intention of the artist, but the first thing I think to see his image, was: It sounds as Psi Fi film!!! But the things are not so easy! I analyze very carefull the image and find a lot of directions to write a critic. I choice: 1)Social 2)Artistic.

1.- In a social aspect, the photo is simply...tremendous. Look: an special camera where the models could be created. Artificial intelligence? Artificial beauty too! The "doll" (permit me use this word for continue the ficticious situation raised in the photo, please) is guarded (impossible to think another situation viewing the costumes of the men who around the camera) by a group of people who watch her with totally impassiveness, as a "guinea pig". The doll is beautifull....but is asiatic too. Great election for created a shocking atmosphere: Personally, I feel pain at the helplessness of the girl. In certain way, is a metaphor of the pain of the women through centuries of social and moral demands. Is, withouth dude, a great story catch in one only image.

2) Artistically is a little hard talk about "beauty" because this photo is essencially narrative and eloquent. However, the point of view of photographer, the frame and the wake of the colours are amazing. The photographer directed to their models as film director: all characters are in the perfect position....each one of them present the perfect attitude for jangles the nerves of the viewer. Impossible not to compare this situation with a horror japanese movie or an anime, but if you request only one word for define the complete work, this would be: ASTONISHING!!!!
